Best Movies To Watch on Netflix Australia This Week
Here’s our TOP 5 movies to get watching this week on Netflix Australia. From documentaries to animation, to thrillers and horrors.
Uncut Gems ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Uncut Gems is the new film from the Safdie Brothers, and stars Adam Sandler, like you’ve never seen him before! This performance should definitely be in the conversation surrounding the best performances of the year. No doubt!
Uncut Gems is a NO holds barred thriller that doesn’t give you a second to catch your breath. It’s an uber tense thrill ride that’ll have you on the edge of your seat for the full 2hrs15.
American Factory ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Oscar Nominated documentary shows the ups and downs of a Chinese company trying their best to succeed in the old General Motors factory. Cultures collide as American employees are trained the Chinese way.
I Lost My Body ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This beautiful French animation on Netflix is a wonderfully unique way to tell a love story. The film has many messages from life’s dreams to taking charge of your future, and ultimately destiny. I Lost My Body was nominated for an Oscar this year for Best Animation, and it deserves it.
I really loved the animation and the way the story is puzzled together. It’s nice to see something a little different on Netflix. Give it a go. I think you’ll like it.
Good Time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
If you haven’t seen the Safdie Brothers previous film, stream it immediately. Robert Pattinson stars in this high octane thriller and it’s a role you haven’t seen him before, and also starring Ben Safdie with a truly mesmerising performance.
A Quiet Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
With the sequel hitting cinemas in a couple of weeks, what better time to revisit this clever and exhilarating horror, that uses silence in the best possible way. Quiet Place 2 is released March 18.
